We hike pass these two beautiful blue lakes as we head from the campgrounds near Fitz Roy to the one near Cerro Torre. We stop here to take some photos and end up having a picnic lunch on the grass with this lovely view. After lunch, Niels Peter tries to feed his apple core to one of the nearby grazing horses who sniffs it, but won't eat it. Perhaps it is uncommon to feed apples to horses here since apples are grow far away and would be a heavy item to transport at this distance.
